What a website redesign includes
A website rebuild replaces an old site when fixing it is no longer worth the effort: a new structure and design, your valuable content moved across, and old addresses pointed to the new pages.
-
Review of your current site
We list your existing pages, their addresses and the most visited content. Together we decide what to keep, what to merge and what to drop.
-
A new page structure
We arrange the pages around the services you offer today and the searches your clients actually make. Every service gets a clear place in the menu.
-
A new design in your style
We work with your brand colours and logo. If clients already recognise your style, we keep it and make it clearer. The new website works well on phones.
-
Content migration
We move your text, photos and documents across, together with a news or blog archive if you need it. Outdated copy can be rewritten for an extra fee.
-
301 redirects
Every old address points to the matching new page. Visitors following old links and Google’s crawler land in the right place, and the value your pages have built up carries over.
-
Ready for search engines
Every page gets its own title, description and a clear H1–H3 heading structure, and images get alt text. After launch we submit the website to Google.
When it is time to replace your old website
-
Your site runs on Joomla 3
Official Joomla 3 support ended on 17 August 2023, and there are no more security fixes. Moving to a newer version usually means replacing the template and extensions.
-
An old WordPress site
The theme or plugins are no longer updated, so the site is stuck on an old PHP version. Fix one part and another starts to fail.
-
Hard to use on a phone
The site was built for desktop screens, and on a phone visitors have to zoom in to read. On the new website, menus, buttons and forms are easy to use on any screen.
-
The structure no longer fits your business
Your services have changed, but the menu has not. New pages were added wherever they fitted, so clients cannot find what they are looking for.
-
An outdated design
The website no longer reflects your company. When the design, structure and content all need changing, a new website is often the simpler route.
How much a website redesign costs
A website redesign costs from €499. We calculate the exact price after reviewing your current site and discussing what you want to change.
The price depends on the number of pages, how much content needs to be moved or rewritten, the design, the number of languages and any extra features. We issue invoices; VAT is not applicable.

Website redesign FAQ
How much does a website redesign cost?
A website redesign costs from €499. The final price depends on the number of pages, how much content needs moving, the new design, the languages and any extra features. We give you an exact quote after reviewing your current site and agreeing what to change and what to keep. The consultation is free. VAT is not applicable.
Will I lose my Google rankings after a redesign?
To protect your rankings, we set up a 301 redirect from every old address to the matching new page. This tells Google where the content has moved, and visitors following old links never land on an error page. Nobody can promise a specific position, and rankings may fluctuate slightly in the first weeks after launch.
What should I do if my website runs on Joomla 3?
A Joomla 3 website is worth rebuilding: official support for this version ended on 17 August 2023, and there are no more security fixes. Upgrading to a newer Joomla version usually means replacing the template and extensions. It is often simpler to build a new website, migrate the content and redirect the old addresses.
How long does a website redesign take?
A website redesign takes 1–2 weeks. The timeline depends on the number of pages, how much content needs moving or rewriting, and design approval. Your old website keeps working as usual while we build the new one, and we launch it only after you approve it. You get a report after every stage. The timeline runs from the advance payment, once content and access are provided.
Will you move all the content from my old website?
We move whatever we agree to keep: text, photos, documents, news or blog posts. Outdated information is worth updating or dropping, so the new website stays clear. We can rewrite copy for an extra fee, and you can prepare some of the material yourself, such as a price list or photos.
