Website for a law firm that liquidates companies
Likvidavimas.lt is the website of a Vilnius law firm about company liquidation: private and small partnerships, sole proprietorships, public institutions, associations, foundations and branches, suspension of activities and liquidator services. We replaced a one-page business card site with a 14-page website where every service has its own page.
The task
We built the firm’s first one-page website on Joomla 3 a few years ago – at the time the client only wanted a business card. We also designed the logo then – columns with the word LIKVIDAVIMAS. The site went without updates for a long time, and in June 2026 attackers used vulnerabilities in the unpatched Joomla 3 system and plugins to inject foreign code: the top part of the site disappeared and scrolling broke. We told the client, closed the vulnerabilities and offered to restore the site. The client decided otherwise and ordered a new design and full search engine optimisation.
Solution
First we ran an SEO audit and analysed five competitors: the strongest of them had 21 pages about company liquidation, while the client’s site had one. We selected about 30 search phrases and planned the structure around them – a separate page for each company type and situation, with a starting price, timing, FAQs and an enquiry form. Then we prepared a mock-up of all pages. The client sent comments in a single round: to say that they work at the office or visit clients, to merge public institutions, associations and foundations into one service, and to add a page on recovering assets of a deregistered company. We kept the logo in the new design. Three days after the mock-up the site was live – on 29 October 2026. From audit to launch took 20 days.

- Separate pages for liquidating each company type and branches, liquidation initiated by the Register Centre, suspension of activities, companies with debts, asset recovery and liquidator services
- The logo, designed for the first site, kept in the new design
- Prices page, FAQs and 10 service illustrations in one style
- Enquiry form at the bottom of every page, Viber and WhatsApp buttons
- Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile
- For three months after launch we monitor enquiries and refine the copy
